Mini calipers are usually 85mm in length and are designed to be run in conjunction with 451 wheels (20 x 1-1/8 / 20 x 1-3/8th inch wheels). A pro caliper size is as the name suggests, compatible with pro sized (406mm) wheels found on, you guessed it, pro sized bikes! The pro caliper arms are typically 108mm in length.
