The 2020 V3 Stay Strong frame is an all new,100% re-design from the previous Stay Strong models. Not one tube carries over from the V1 or V2 frames, and the company has built on the strengths that these frames have become known for. The V2 alloy frame features hydroformed 6061-T6 tubing with triple butted down & top tubes, double butted chain & seat stays adding strength while saving weight. Stay Strong have once again managed to find extra frames stiffness while also reducing weight.
The Junior sized frames feature a 1 1/8th"" head tube, Euro bottom bracket, 10mm rear dropouts with built in chain tensioners included. This low, triangular shaped frame has a modern look with overall balanced stiffness, with smoothed welds and smooth graphics. Frame stiffness, especially around the bottom bracket, directly corelates to a harder launch out of the gate. When every thousandths of a second count, eliminating frame flex out of the gate is vital to fast hill times and acceleration out of the turns.
