An updated pedal from the crew at SD Components. The SD CNC V3 Junior platform pedal is another quality product from this Dutch based BMX company that knows a thing or two about winning races. This company certainly understands the youth race market and have manufactured this pedal with a smaller platform for smaller feet. If a younger rider (or a rider with smaller feet) runs a pro sized pedal, they increase the chances of poor foot position on the pedal, and risk losing the ability to apply full power out of the gate!
As the name implies, the pedal body is CNC machined from alloy for maximum strength, along with the CrMo axle. In addition, as you would expect at this level, the bearings are sealed to keep out the dust to allow these pedals to perform effortlessly without any resistance over hundreds of thousands of revolutions. With screw in, replacable pins, these pedals have the ability for a long life on your bike.
