Originally released in 2019 Aeterna was our full length video project. 5 years on and we're releasing the video as a digital download for you to own. The video has definitely stood the test of time with some of the craziest riding to ever grace the streets, parks and trails of Australia.
Filmed and edited by Mike Vockenson, the project follows the LUXBMX team over the 3 years as they work their way around Australia, from the rail ridden suburbs of Perth, the tropical energy of Cairns to the cold, dark hills of Hobart. AETERNA; meaning eternal and LUX; meaning light. The project illustrates the enduring drive and fortified passion of those involved in pushing the limits of strength and character, all in the name of a BMX video. Filmed entirely on Sony VX series cameras the download is available in the original standard definition version or a new 2x AI upscaled version.
