Description

ION Ti22 Titanium 22" Frame — engineered for precision and durability.

Built from premium titanium—Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V at the head tube, bottom bracket, and dropouts, paired with lightweight Gr9 Ti-3Al-2.5V tubing. Total frame weight: 1.56 kg of pure performance.

Geometry dialled in for control and flow: 22" top tube, 74° head tube angle, 71° seat tube angle, 14.1" chainstay (slammed), 12" BB height, and 9" standover. Clears 22 x 2.2" tyres slammed in the dropouts.

Tech specs that matter: IS 140mm disc mount with internal cable routing through the BB shell. T47 68mm bottom bracket with included Mid BB adapter—unlock a full range of freestyle and street crank options. 25.4mm seat post on integrated clamp for solid, adjustable setup.

Designed in-house by Pat Johns. Currently in prototyping phase—limited run, refined engineering.

  • Titanium 22 inch frame. Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V head tube, bottom bracket and dropouts with Gr9 Ti-3Al-2.5V tubing, all up 1.56 kg.
  • Long, stable 22" geometry. A 22" top tube, 74° head tube angle and 14.1" chainstay slammed, with a 12" bottom bracket height.
  • Disc brake ready. IS mount sized for a 140mm rotor, with provision for internal brake hose routing once you fit the bottom bracket sleeve.
  • Room for big tyres. Clears a 22 x 2.2" S&M Mainline V2 slammed, and 22 x 2.4" with the wheel further back.
  • Built in chain tensioners. 10mm dropouts at 110mm axle spacing with tensioners built in, so the wheel stays where you set it.
