What is the “LUXBMX Loyalty Program”?

Being  a “LUXBMX loyalty program” member entitles you to extra rewards and exclusive offers. You’ll always be among the first to know about the latest news, web edits, fresh products and events. 

So how do you become a member? Easy. Spend $600 within a 6 month period and get 6% off! This is valid for the next 6 months. We’ll just need to grab a full name, email address and phone number to get it all set up.

What if I have spent $600 in the last 6 months - Am I still entitled to this discount?

Yes absolutely. The program was set up retrospectively. 

Does the discount apply to everything? 

Yep, all bikes, parts and apparel. It’s only labour that won’t get discounted.

What about sale items, will I still get the extra 6% discount? 

No. Sale items are already crazy cheap!

If I’m a member can I still layby things at the discounted price?

Yes you sure can. Standard layby terms will apply.

My friend is a member, can I use his details to get things cheaper?

Nope, each membership is for that person only.

Does labour contribute to my $600 spend?

Yep, it sure does.

If I’ve only ever shopped in store and I’m a member, can I still use my discount on line?

Yep, you sure can just flick us an email to info@luxbmx.com and we’ll set you up with a password if you don’t have one already.  If you do have a password, just login and your discounted prices will appear!
